Refund Policy
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days. Failed generations return the credit used. Purchased credits never expire.

Failed video generation
If a paid video fails to generate, the video credit used for that attempt will return to your account balance. You can use that credit again. A failed attempt does not consume one of your videos.
Unused video packs
If you have not used any credit from a pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing that pack. The request must be made within the 7-day window. Support contact details will be provided at checkout and in the purchase receipt when sales open.
Partly used video packs
A pack is partly used once any video credit from it has been spent on a successful video. Partly used packs are not eligible for a cash refund under this policy. Any remaining credits stay in your account and never expire.
How approved refunds work
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Credits from a refunded pack are removed from the account.

There is no checkout or video generation in the current preview, so you cannot be charged today. See Pricing for the planned packs. Any rights you have under applicable law continue to apply.
